Liderazgo de servicio y comportamiento verde de los empleados: el papel del apoyo organizacional en el contexto hondureño

Abstract

Los líderes serviciales promueven comportamientos positivos, propician entornos de confianza y ética, fortalecen el sentido de comunidad y se preocupan por el bienestar de los colaboradores. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar si el liderazgo de servicio incide en el comportamiento verde de los empleados. Como variable mediadora se emplea la percepción de apoyo organizacional. El método fue cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, transversal y explicativo. La muestra fue de 128 empleados de diversos departamentos de Honduras. Los resultados revelan que el liderazgo de servicio incide de forma directa en la percepción de apoyo de la organización y de forma indirecta en el comportamiento verde de los empleados. En conclusión, en el contexto hondureño, liderazgos centrados en las personas favorecen comportamientos proambientales.
