Hacia parques empresariales más resilientes: Un enfoque colaborativo para la gestión de riesgos
Resumen
En la actualidad, los parques empresariales juegan un papel relevante en la dinámica económica de un país y se encuentran expuestos a riesgos de catástrofes de cualquier índole. Es por eso que el objetivo de esta investigación consiste en diseñar planes de emergencia colaborativos basados en una gestión de riesgos eficiente, para aumentar la resiliencia en parques empresariales, como estrategia efectiva para mejorar la capacidad de respuesta y reducir el impacto de las emergencias en estos. Para ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con un enfoque de modelo conceptual y la aplicación de la metodología de construcción de modelos grupales en sesiones de trabajo que permitieron la recolección de datos a expertos del área industrial del sur de Europa. A partir del análisis, se determinaron una serie de necesidades y expectativas para cada uno de los agentes implicados. Los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo permitieron definir los alcances de la Planificación Colaborativa de Emergencias en parques empresariales, así como sus funcionalidades básicas, escenarios de emergencia y escenarios agravantes. Por último, como conclusión se determinó que la Planificación Colaborativa de Emergencias que integren sistemas de información especializados se constituyen en una herramienta para la construcción de la Resiliencia Organizacional.
